We want you to love what you ordered but if the product doesn’t meet your heart's desire then we are happy to exchange it for a different size, colour or for a completely different outfit
You can return/exchange your product within 1 week after date of delivery via an email to support@indimoda.com stating the reason for the return. Please attach a photo of the product in the email in case of any damage or defect in the product
We reserve the right to reject returns from any particular customer, in case of frequent returns by such customer, which shall mean returns on more than 3 occasions in a financial year
Once your return request is validated we will send you a confirmation authorising the return. Please print a copy of the email and attach it to the return shipment. The return shipment needs to be sent to the below mentioned address.

Please note that you will need to arrange for the shipment yourself and bear the related costs. Please ensure that the original packing is maintained along with the tag and the product is unused & unwashed.
After receiving the package, it will be inspected for signs of usage. Once approved as an eligible return, we will sign off on the return or exchange.
We do not offer any return or exchange on sale item & gift certificates
Refund
Your refund will be processed post sign off on the return and you will receive a credit within 10 working days to your original method of payment
In case of cash payments, we will issue a website credit note in full amount within 10 working days.
Exchange
In case if you are exchanging for the same product in different size or colour or a completely new product you will be charged normal shipping charges. The new product will be delivered to you within 4-5 working days for domestic & 10-12 working days for international delivery
If we cannot exchange the same product in a different size or colour then we shall issue a website credit note in full amount within 10 working days of sign off on exchange.
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 days. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days.
